*UK = Delivery is 4-5 working days ( up to 1 full week ) normally for an order

Some orders may be sent in separate consignments. Posters for instance are sent separately and should arrive shortly after the rest of your order. Please allow the full time scale stated for delivery if an item hasn’t turned up then contact us here to chase the delivery.

If you have a item which has arrived that’s incorrect or damaged... please let us know here. You will need to have your reference number ( stated on the email confirmation when you placed the order ), and your name, postcode and items ordered.

If the item is damaged or the wrong item, fill out the form and we'll re-send a.s.a.p and refund you're postage costs. Also we have a no quibble return policy so if its not what you want you can also return it. However in those circumstance postage is not refunded. Email if you are in any doubt. The cost for P&P on UK orders is £2.99, for Europe £3.99, America and rest of the world is £4.99. This cost is per order ( not each product ) and will be added to the total of your shopping cart.

We can offer an expedited service ( Special delivery in the UK next day service ) but this is only available if you order on the phone before 12.00 noon GMT. Its costs £5.00 extra for an item under 1kg in weight, and £10.00 extra items over 1kg. That cost is extra in addition to the standard £2.99 UK postage cost.

This is because of high instances of credit card fraud or packages been stolen/lost. Any orders to these places will be refunded and cancelled.

All orders are settled in pound sterling (GBP) but we show approximations of the US Dollar and the EURO along side our prices. These can vary slightly due to fluctuations in exchange rates and should just be used as a guide.

If you have received your goods and decide for any reason to return your product you can receive a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. You as the customer are responsible for the cost of its return unless advised otherwise by prior arrangement, for example in the event of damaged goods whereby we will issue a prepaid packet.
