If you have a item which has arrived that’s incorrect or damaged...
please let us know here. You will need to have your reference number ( stated on the email confirmation when you placed the order ), and your name, postcode and items ordered.
If the item is damaged or the wrong item, fill out our returns form.
Email us here to explain you're problem and we will email you a returns form and number. We can then re-send a.s.a.p and refund you're postage costs. If the item is not what you expected or you have changed you're mind again email us to explain and we will be happy to help.

The cost for P&P on orders is as shown in the table below. This will be added to the total of your shopping cart. UK orders over £50 in value qualify for free postage.

We can offer an expedited service ( Special delivery in the UK next day service ) but this is only available if you order on the phone before 12.00 noon GMT. Its costs £5.00 extra for an item under 1kg in weight, and £10.00 extra items over 1kg. That cost is extra in addition to the standard UK postage cost.

This is because of high instances of credit card fraud or packages been stolen/lost. Any orders to these places will be refunded and cancelled.
All orders are settled in pound sterling (GBP) but we show approximations of the US Dollar and the EURO along side our prices. These can vary slightly due to fluctuations in exchange rates and should just be used as a guide.

If you have received your goods and decide for any reason to return your product you can receive a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. You as the customer are responsible for the cost of its return unless advised otherwise by prior arrangement, for example in the event of damaged goods whereby we will issue a prepaid packet.
